Privacy Policy

Only what a card needs, plus what an order needs.

• Card content — the names, nickname, message, sign-off, photographs and wish list you enter. Photographs are the only sensitive thing here, and they are yours.
• Order details — your email address and phone number, collected at checkout so we can send you the link and reach you if something goes wrong.
• Draft details — if you start building a card and do not finish, we keep what you have entered so you can resume, and so we can contact you about the unfinished order.
• Basic technical data — the kind every web server logs: IP address, browser, and which pages were requested.

We do not collect your card number, UPI ID or bank credentials. Those go directly to Razorpay and never reach us.

• to build and display the card you paid for
• to deliver your link and provide support on your order
• to take payment, through Razorpay
• to contact you about an unfinished order, which you can opt out of at any time by replying and asking us to stop
• to keep records we are required by law to keep, such as tax records

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photographs or your message to advertise, illustrate or train anything.

Only the services needed to run the product, and only the part each one needs:

• Razorpay — payment processing. They handle your payment details under their own privacy policy.
• Cloudinary — image hosting and delivery for the photographs in your card.
• MongoDB Atlas — the database your card content is stored in.
• Our email provider — to send you the link and order emails.
• Our hosting provider — which serves this site.

We will also disclose information where the law requires us to. Otherwise nobody else gets it.

A card lives at a private, unguessable URL. It is not password protected, because it is meant to be forwarded on WhatsApp. That means anyone your recipient forwards it to can see the photographs and the message. Please keep that in mind when choosing what to put in.

Card content is kept for at least 12 months so the card stays openable, and after that until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Drafts of unfinished cards are kept for up to 12 months.

Email support@innovgeist.com from the address on the order and ask. We will delete the card, its photographs and its content, and confirm within 24 hours. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct it.

Deleting a card breaks its link permanently, including for anyone it was forwarded to. We cannot undo that.

We use only what is needed to make the site work — for example, keeping your place in the card builder. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
