A personalised, animated greeting card, delivered as a private web link. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and no physical rakhi, sweets or gift is included at any price.

Prices are shown on our home page and charged in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. The tiers currently offered are ₹9 (The Flip), ₹499 (The Storybook), ₹999 (The Saga), ₹1999 (The Heirloom). We may change prices at any time; the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay.

You give us the names, message, photographs and wish list that go into your card. You keep ownership of all of it. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that content inside the card you have bought, for as long as the card is live.

You confirm that the content you upload is yours to upload, and that:

• you have the consent of anyone identifiable in a photograph you upload
• it does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark
• it is not unlawful, obscene, hateful, threatening, or intended to harass anyone
• it does not impersonate another person

We do not moderate cards before they are sent. We will remove content that breaches the above when it is reported to us, and we may cancel an order without refund where the breach is deliberate.

After a successful payment we generate your card and give you its private link, normally within 5 minutes. The link is also emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

A card stays live for at least 12 months from purchase. We will give reasonable notice before removing anything after that, to the email address on the order.

The link is private but not secret: anyone who has it can open the card. It is designed to be forwarded, so please do not put anything in a card that you would not want a stranger to read if the link were shared on.

We work hard to keep cards available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Cards depend on your browser and your internet connection, and animations behave differently across devices.

Where a card is scheduled to unlock on a particular date, we make every effort to unlock it on time but cannot guarantee delivery to the minute.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a card is limited to the amount you paid for that card.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials — those go directly to Razorpay and its partner banks, under their own terms and privacy policy.

Because each card is personalised and delivered instantly, refunds are limited to specific situations. These are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
